For anyone who has tried to lose weight they know what it’s like to hit a plateau. A plateau is when you continue to exercise and diet at the same rate however the weight stops declining. It’s a horrible feeling to know that you worked so dense, watched your aliment intake, and not to see the results on the scale. In most cases a plateau can be waited outside and results will resume advertise haste. However, for many dieters a plateau can be discouraging.
