Essential Amino Acids and Vegans

Although veganism can bring about distinct health benefits, it is a circumstance that plant foods can hardly compete with animal foods as sources of protein. That being said, vegans are able to get the protein they demand by carefully selecting the items included in their diets and there are much vegan bodybuilders who build muscle by depending on plant protein. Yet, plants nearly never offer complete proteins, which method a source of protein that contains all the essential amino acids the body needs. That is why vegans must learn about the essential building blocks that are rare in plant foods and find ways to compensate for it.

Ways to Cope With Ear Ringing – Dealing With Tinnitus

Millions of human beings are suffering from tinnitus, a condition where one has persistent ringing, hissing or buzzing in one or two ears much without an external source. It can be a result of hearing loss or a hurt in the auditory system. Whatever the cause, one body is certain, the persistent ringing in the ears is a constant nuisance that can affect the quality of their lives. If sufferers failed to cope with ear ringing problems or tinnitus, it could capture over their lives.

The Bovis Scale measures energy… Energized Water Updated

This is an old blog of mine. In fact I wrote this article almost exactly eight years ago.

Much has changed since then, and much has stayed the same.

I still swear by energized water, but I now make it myself… I used to buy it.

I now measure the energy of the water, the vibrational level of the water myself… I don’t trust it to some “Bovis Scale” bogus.

The Bovis Scale

What is Bovis? The Life Force Index or Bovis Scale was named after a French physicist Antoine Bovis, who postulated this scale while doing energy research among the Great Pyramids of Egypt in the 1930’s. This scale which measures “Natural Earth Energy”, ranges from zero to infinity. 6500 is considered neutral for human life. Scientific research has correlated the clockwise or right spin of atoms and molecules with a Bovis reading below 6,500, which is considered life-depleting.
